Nov. 19 is International Men’s Day. Fortunately, the media – at least in the United States – are pretending there is no such thing. Go ahead, Google it: Newsweek asks why we need an International Men’s Day, and that is just about the extent of coverage by the American legacy media. The truth is this day is practically obsolete because men – real men – are an endangered species, thanks to progressivism and political correctness.
A brief review of the achievements of men is in order: Since the dawn of MANkind, men have, pretty much, run everything, invented everything, discovered everything, eaten everything, killed everything, carried everything, and taken the blame – rightly or not – for everything.
As Maxine Waters told us in her 1967 hit song, it’s a man’s world. In recent times, though, the very survival of men faces a triple threat. On this day, it is appropriate to examine that threat. Women! Am I Right?
Man’s oldest enemy, of course, is woman, and she has proven herself a formidable foe. Woman quickly figured out man’s greatest weaknesses and proceeded to use them against him at every opportunity: ego, patience, and sex. As just one example of this first weakness, nothing crushes a man’s ego more effectively than being informed – by his wife – that he has taken a wrong turn. Thank God Almighty and all the saints in Christendom that technology has provided man with GPS-enabled maps, which have largely brought an end to the wife’s sadistic insistence that her husband stop to ask directions.
As for the second weakness – a lack of patience – one word encapsulates a woman’s ability to use it against her hapless male companion: shopping. If further explanation is needed, consider preparing for an evening of socializing. The man misses valuable drinking time while his “better half” selects clothes, complains that she doesn’t have any, plays with her hair, puts on makeup, etc. Picture Jim Acosta preparing for the White House press briefing and you get the idea.
The third weakness of men, ruthlessly exploited by women, is sex. Men want it, but women control its distribution. It is the ultimate demonstration of supply and demand. Men, who invented capitalism, have been trapped by their own genius.
The Rise of the Soy Boy
The second prong of the triple threat faced by men is the progressive-feminist assault upon all things masculine. From the moment of birth, men are afflicted with toxic masculinity, it seems. It is the curse they will carry throughout their lives: being denigrated purely for their distasteful arrangement of chromosomes. Now men automatically are considered villains – of the worst kind: murderers, rapists, despots, and thieves. Just by sitting on the couch, drinking a beer, and watching football, men are actively committing the crime of being men, of perpetuating the patriarchy.
The third threat to man is rapidly dwindling numbers. Out of all the human beings born biologically male, fewer and fewer meet the long-accepted standards of what makes a real man. In simple terms, more and more human males are weak, lazy, self-absorbed, effeminate, lacking confidence and any sense of self-respect as men. Collectively, one could call these demi-men “Antifa.” Soy-eating, fluffy-pajama-wearing, feminist, girly-men. You get the point. Unless this trend of raising sissies is reversed, the human race itself will head down the road to extinction. When a woman temporarily relaxes her draconian restrictions on sexual activity, she will find it increasingly difficult to locate a man worthy of her attention or able to consummate the act satisfactorily, even if she thinks he is worthy.
So, enjoy International Men’s Day. If you are a man, hunt, drink, watch sports, go to war, hold the door open for a lady, do any or all of those manly things. If you are a woman, identify a real man and take him to bed because, God knows, a few years from now, you may not find a man who is either worthy or capable of it.
