Durham Disputes Clinton Attorney-Client Privilege – READ IN FULL

Clinton campaign attempts to withhold documents from Durham.

Special Counsel John Durham in his latest court filing disputes the recent claims by Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign that documents the prosecutor is seeking are protected by attorney-client privilege. Durham has requested memos and communications between the campaign, law firm Perkins Coie, and Fusion GPS, the research firm behind the infamous “Steele Dossier.” The special counsel argues these communications are central to his case against indicted former Perkins Coie attorney Michael Sussmann, who will face trial in May for making a false statement to the FBI in 2016.

Liberty Nation believes you should have all the facts without the spin. As such, we republish the filing here in full.
