Does the 14th Amendment Cover a Former President? – Uprising

Can Trump be barred even if he committed an insurrection? Maybe not.

The Colorado courts relied on section 3 of the 14th Amendment to keep Trump off the ballot. Many legal observers, including LN’s Legal Affairs Editor, Scott D. Cosenza, Esq., think the Amendment does not cover former presidents.
