From the moment Russian President Vladimir Putin elected Donald Trump to lead America, we have all been hoodwinked into believing that certain issues are important enough to cut into our drinking-time. What we are not focusing on, however, is a very sinister conspiracy about which every American should be gravely concerned. Let me preach on it.
Trump set the bar too high and the Republican Party is now in disarray over healthcare. Other policy issues may now be further delayed as the party scrambles to come up with a viable solution before the 2018 mid-term elections. The Democratic Party has no clear message but republican failure on the healthcare issue may hand them one on a silver platter.
The answer – and the only answer – is very simple: Completely sever Islamism from Islam. Though the link exists, it must be denied, in order to delegitimize Islamism in the eyes of both Muslim and non-Muslim. Defeating the Islamic State (ISIS) and al Qaeda on the battlefield is crucial, but is, literally, only half the battle.
