SCOTUS: AZ Voting Rules Are Constitutional – READ IN FULL

The Supreme Court ruled six to three along ideological lines to uphold Arizona's voting laws.

The Democratic National Committee and certain affiliates sued Arizona’s attorney general, alleging that the state’s refusal to count ballots cast in the wrong precinct and its ballot-collection restrictions adversely affected racial minorities and that the state acted with “discriminatory intent.” The majority of the Supreme Court disagreed. In a six to three ruling split along predictable ideological lines, SCOTUS upheld the Arizona voting laws.
