SPLC’s Creede Newton: Writer, Doxxer, and Soros University Grad

What does it take to beat the Bee? A Soros University master’s degree!

A “senior investigative reporter” from the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) has been doxing anonymous writers for Not the Bee. Seth Dillon, CEO of the Babylon Bee and the non-satire conservative news site Not the Bee, explained in a November 19 post on X that the SPLC was about to publish “a hit piece doxing several of our Not the Bee writers who wished to remain anonymous so they could speak freely.” Well, here’s an interesting fact about the reporter responsible: He’s a graduate of Central European University, a flagship operation founded by notorious progressive globalist billionaire George Soros.

The SPLC somehow “extracted sensitive information from our site, then used that information to contact our writers directly,” Dillon explained. He included a screenshot of one such email received by one of his writers.

Thug Tactics

It was sent by Creede Newton, who states he is “a journalist with the Southern Poverty Law Center’s Intelligence Project.” The tone of the email is unmistakably threatening.

“Exposed author information on Not the Bee’s source code indicates that [the sobriquet] ‘Planet Moron’ [is] you… a… instructor… from [personal information blacked out by Dillon],” Newton wrote, clearly indicating an intent to expose the anonymous writer’s workplace and/or hometown.

Newton then notes that the author is “a prolific writer on culture-war issues” who “mocks transgender children” in one of his pieces. He ends with a brusque sentence brimming with menace. “Do you wish to comment?”

Soros Education in Action

Where did Creede Newton learn such street Bolshevik muscle theatrics? What better place could there be than George Soros University?

Newton’s LinkedIn page shows he received a master’s degree in public policy analysis from Central European University, which he attended from 2013-14. A google link to a pdf of his CEU thesis can be found here.

CEU was founded by Soros in 1991 to serve a key role in furthering his internationalist agenda via his Open Society Foundations “philanthropy.” In 2001, he fortified it with a $250 million endowment. Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban has waged a long battle against the pseudo-university. Orban “has painted the Hungarian-born Soros as the mastermind of a plan to destroy Europe with liberal values and increased migration,” UK progressive establishment newspaper The Guardian reported in 2019 in an overtly pro-Soros article about CEU.

Orban-aligned Hungarian historian Maria Schmidt labeled CEU as “George Soros’s forward garrison in Europe.” The Hungarian government stripped CEU of its ability to issue US-accredited degrees as of January 1, 2019, forcing Soros to move its campus out of Budapest to Vienna.

Here’s a fun side note. Did you know Biden administration Secretary of State Antony Blinken’s father was an intimate associate of Soros for decades? How close were they? Central European University’s Open Society Archives is named after him and his wife. That’s right. CEU hosts a European archive for Soros’s infamous OSF organization and it is officially called The Vera and Donald Blinken Open Society Archives.

It’s hard to deny that CEU is a front for Soros’ larger agenda when the university itself openly acknowledges it. “Mr. Soros pointed out that the mission of Central European University is to advance the values of the open society,” an article posted on the CEU website reads.

Intrepid SPLC reporter Creede Newton covered the Orban-Soros CEU clash while working Al Jazeera, a media site funded by the Qatar government. “The move [to Vienna] is seen by students and some European politicians as a serious blow to a liberal bastion in Hungary, led by far-right Prime Minister Viktor Orban’s Fidesz party since 2010,” Newton reported in December 2018. “Soros, who promotes liberal causes through his charities, has been the subject of a campaign by Orban.”

The article goes on to detail student protest actions against Orban. “CEU students did not want to leave without a fight,” Newton relates. At no point does he inform readers that he has a CEU degree.

Masters grad Newton’s strong-arm tactics against Not the Bee tell you all you need to know about how open George Soros’ planned society really is.

“We’re determining how they obtained this information, but we already know why they went digging for it,” Dillon wrote in his X post on the SPLC hit against his writers. “They did it because they’re left-wing activists masquerading as journalists. They did it because they lack principles. They did it because they’re vindictive bullies who’ve admitted their aim is to ‘completely destroy’ individuals and organizations they disagree with by making them pay a steep price for speaking freely.”

And they aren’t doing it alone.

Soros has lavished funding on leftist campaigns starring the SPLC. After President-Elect Donald Trump first won the White House in 2016, Open Society Foundations “announced a $10 million initiative to support and protect those targeted by hateful acts.” One spoke of this overarching effort resulted in the establishment of a “hate crime” database – funded by Soros – that would be “used by more than 100 media partners – including Google News Labs, New York Times Opinion, and ABC News,” The Washington Free Beacon reports.

The Soros database tapped by big-box media giants was fed “hate crime” stories from the SPLC. This is how the network operates.
