SCOTUS Rules for Funding Religious Schools – READ IN FULL

Read the Supreme Court's opinion on the public funding of religious schools in full.

The Supreme Court has ruled that Maine violated the First Amendment with its plan to keep public dollars from religious schools in the case Carson v. Makin. The Court held that Maine could not discriminate against religious schools. Chief Justice Roberts wrote for the Court, joined by Justices Thomas, Alito, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and Barrett. Meanwhile, Justice Breyer filed a dissent, joined by Justices Kagan and Sotomayor in part, and Justice Sotomayor wrote separately in dissent.

Liberty Nation believes you should have the full facts without the spin. As such, we republish the Supreme Court opinion in full.
