Powell’s Midnight Ride into Georgia and Michigan – Huge Lawsuits

Major claims in Sidney Powell's two lawsuits. Has the Kraken been released?

Sidney Powell has published her much-anticipated lawsuits on election irregularities in both Georgia and Michigan. The suits allege a massive number of votes are fraudulent and should be disregarded, as well as describing unlawful acts taking place before, during, and after the count. Has the Kraken Powell promised been released?

The legacy media in the U.S. has (at the time of publishing) largely ignored the lawsuits, with more column inches devoted to them in the U.K. than in the country they most impact. You can read the suits in full right here on Liberty Nation, but here is a brief roundup of the key points.

Georgia

The suit for Georgia names Governor Brian Kemp and, among other members of the State Election Board, Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger.

The complaint states that:

“This civil action brings to light a massive election fraud, multiple violations of Georgia laws, including O.C.G.A. §§ 21-2-30(d), 21-2-31, 21-2- 33.1 and §21-2-522, and multiple Constitutional violations, as shown by fact witnesses to specific incidents, multiple expert witnesses and the sheer mathematical impossibilities found in the Georgia 2020 General Election.”

It goes on to claim that the “fraud was executed” using a new twist on an old enemy: ballot stuffing. Powell asserts that the Dominion voting system, in hand with Smartmatic, fails to provide an auditable trail or time-stamped audit logs. This lack of transparency may allow “an unauthorized user the opportunity to arbitrarily add, modify, or remove log entries, causing the machine to log election events that do not reflect actual voting tabulations—or more specifically, do not reflect the actual votes of or the will of the people.”

She also states that the machines were connected to the internet “in violation of professional standards and state and federal laws.”

The suit asks that “at minimum, 96,000 votes should be disregarded,” saying that Powell has “incontrovertible evidence” that 96,000 absentee ballots were requested and counted but never recorded according to the Board of Election’s own records.

Michigan

The Michigan suit names Governor Gretchen Whitmer, the Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, and the Michigan Board of State Canvassers as defendants.

Many of the claims are similar to those in the Georgia suit, alleging that the Dominion voting system was used to hand votes to Joe Biden and limit votes to President Trump. The lawsuit also claims that there was:

“harassment, intimidation, discrimination, abuse and even physical removal of Republican poll challengers to eliminate any semblance of transparency, objectivity or fairness from the vote counting process.”

This will likely prove a significant (if not contentious) claim as Smartmatic Director Antonio Mugica noted in 2017 that a million phantom votes were created using his software for the Venezuelan elections and that this was “only” made possible because there were “no auditors from the opposition parties” watching. In fact, he says that the system is designed to work securely only if people from both sides are able to monitor it.

A Moment of Truth?

While Powell’s cases are by no means the only ones underway, they appear to be the only ones at this time that are able to make a real difference in the outcome of the election, which is perhaps why they are so controversial. She has numerous affidavits and statements and is requesting video evidence to support her claims. Ms. Powell posted the lawsuit documents to her website; a search of the federal courts’ PACER record system shows she has not yet initiated the suit.

The media may not wish to pay attention to what she says, but tens of millions of Americans are waiting on her developments with bated breath – and that alone should justify Fourth Estate coverage. When Powell has her day in court, perhaps Americans will have some of the answers they deserve, whether or not they like the questions.
