The state of Texas submitted a Bill of Complaint to the Supreme Court, and President Trump and several other states have petitioned to intervene. The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania doesn’t recognize the right of Texas or any other state to make such complaint – so the state filed a motion in hopes the Court will disregard the original complaint.
