Tonight, Jeff Charles will discuss another push to abolish the police, conservative misconceptions about welfare, and how Liz Cheney’s ouster is already making waves in the Republican Party.
Former NFL player Colin Kaepernick, who became a controversial figure when he started kneeling during the national anthem before football games, is publishing a book that advocates for the abolition of police. But initiatives such as this only serve to promote the white supremacy the hard left claims to oppose.
It is believed by many on the right that welfare is the primary cause for the conditions in which too many black Americans find themselves. However, if the right is to truly understand the origins of the problems facing the black community, it must realize that welfare simply one of several factors in this equation.
After it became apparent that Rep. Liz Cheney would be losing her position as House GOP conference chair, some Republicans decided they would take their ball and go home. Reports are revealing that 100 Republicans are leaving to start another party. Charles will be discussing why the appropriate response to this announcement is “good riddance.”
