Illegals Crime Report – June 6-12

For at least 15 years, this family – including at least one illegal – has been sexually abusing children.

Illegal Immigration is more than just a political talking point; the left seems determined to make us an open-border country no matter the cost. Each week, Liberty Nation recognizes the Americans who must pay it.

Week of June 6-12

Washington County, OR

Three individuals (at least one of them an illegal immigrant) were indicted on numerous counts of sexual abuse of children that spanned at least 15 years. The Washington County Sheriff’s Office identified Benito Juarez-Hernandez, 39, his brother, Cupertino Juarez-Hernandez, 33, and Cupertino’s ex-wife, Diana Rodriquez, 36, stating there were at least five victims in the Beaverton and Aloha communities, and expect there are many more that have yet to come forward. The abuse began 15 years ago and continued until this year.

Benito is currently serving a sentence at the Oregon State Penitentiary for sexual assault of children charges that are unrelated to this particular case. Now he is being charged with an additional four counts of first-degree sodomy, first-degree unlawful sexual penetration, and six counts of first-degree sexual abuse, according to Fox 12 Oregon. His bail is set at $2,750,000. He is also on an immigration and customs hold.

Cupertino was booked on 18 counts of first-degree sodomy, four counts of first-degree sexual abuse, four counts of second-degree sodomy, and four counts of second-degree sexual abuse. His bail was set at $5,500,000.

Rodriquez was booked on seven counts of first-degree sodomy, six counts of first-degree rape, four counts of using a child in a display of sexually explicit conduct, and two counts of first-degree sexual abuse. Her bail is set at $4,750,000.

Rodriquez’s brother, who lives in Texas, spoke with Fox 12 about his sister and her ex-husband’s relationship:

“The relationship was always rocky. He was getting a little bit more physical with her. She never really opened up to any sexual abuse,” Jacob Rodriguez said. “I don’t believe that’s something she’s capable of. I believe Geronimo was the one that coerced her.”

Detectives believe there are likely many more victims and encourage the public to respond with any information to the sheriff’s office at 503-846-2700.

Two Convicted and Deported Sex Offenders Rearrested

Calexico, CA

Two Mexican nationalists who were previously convicted of sex-related crimes and deported after serving their sentences were caught crossing the border, on separate occasions, back into the United States at the Calexico West Port of Entry.

Pascual Nava-Gutierrez, 32, served 60 months of probation and was required to register as a sex offender for a conviction of third-degree rape and fourth-degree assault in Marion County, OR.

Valentin Valdivia-Alvarez, 47, was issued a one-year sentence and five years of probation for lewd/lascivious acts with a child and sex with a minor from back in 1997.

Both men are being held in federal custody.
